French perimeter detection specialist SORHEA exhibited at Intersec Dubai 2025 (Booth S2-F22), presenting its portfolio of active infrared barriers and fiber optic detection systems for outdoor perimeter protection.

SORHEA's presence at the show underscores continued European vendor interest in the Gulf and broader Middle East market, where infrastructure investment — particularly in energy, aviation, and government facilities — drives steady demand for fence-mounted and stand-alone perimeter detection.

Founded in 1989 and based near Lyon, SORHEA manufactures infrared barriers (MAXIRIS, SOLARIS), buried detection cable systems, and fence-mounted sensors designed for integration with third-party video management and access control platforms. The company's products are deployed across nuclear facilities, military installations, and data centres in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Intersec remains SORHEA's primary trade event for the MENA region. The company has exhibited at the show consistently for over a decade.
